Yes. GEON's product portfolio includes BMS (Battery Management System) as both a standalone product category and as an integrated component in every battery pack. GEON's in-house electronics company, Varos, develops Customised BMS, IoT, and Swapping Station electronics and software — giving GEON complete end-to-end ownership of its battery intelligence stack.

Varos is Kolsite Group's Electronics & Software Design House. It provides Customised BMS, IoT, and Swapping Station electronics and software for GEON products.

GEON acquired Varos in 2022 to add capabilities across Smart BMS, IoT, Telematics, and Data Analytic Solutions — making GEON one of the few battery manufacturers in India to own its entire electronics and software stack end-to-end. No third-party BMS, no third-party telematics — full control from cell to cloud.

GEON is an IATF 16949 Certified Company — the international quality management standard for the automotive supply chain. IATF 16949 is the highest quality certification in the automotive industry, held by only a handful of Indian battery manufacturers.
